1. 供应商管理,包括供应商承认、来料检查、投诉管理、供应商审核、供应商评价
Responsible for supplier management, including supplier qualification, incoming inspection, complaint management, supplier evaluation
2. 确保生产过程按照控制计划和作业指导书来进行
Make sure process is controlled per control plan and work instructions.
3. 进行过程审核并跟踪不符合项
Conduct process audit and follow up audit findings
4. 管理检查员和挑选人员
Manage quality inspectors and sorting workers
5. 作为客户的质量联系窗口
Act as customer quality contact window
6. 负责客户投诉的管理并确保改善措施的有效性
Responsible for customer complaint management and ensure effectiveness of corrective actions.
7. 负责客户审核并跟踪不符合项
Deal with customer audit and follow up audit findings
Qualification 任职资格:
1. 本科毕业,至少5年以上质量管理经验,最好是汽车行业
Bachelor degree with at least 5 years working experience in quality,preferably in automotive industry
2. 基本的英语听说读写能力, 能熟练的操作办公软件word, excel, PPT
, outlook.
Be able to speak and read basic English and be skilled in word, excel, ppt and outlook.
3. 有处理客户投诉和过程控制经验
Experience in dealing with customer complaint and process control
4. 熟悉ISO9001, IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, VDA6.3 ,VDA6.5,8D.
